Photo ornaments are packaged in a safe, clear plastic case that allows for it to be safely packed. TO PERSONALIZE, either upload a photo via the "UPLOAD YOUR PHOTO" icon, or email photos@merrystockings.com with your image attached. Please note, higher resolution photos print better than low resolution photos. If your photo is poor quality, we will contact you to arrange for a better photo.
