Operation Christmas Stocking

Operation Christmas Stocking is an effort to collect Christmas stockings and gifts for US troops serving in the Middle East over the Holidays.  You can get involved by donating money, putting together a Christmas stocking of your own or volunteering.  They even pay the shipping to send your donations to their warehouse.
